- If you order translation of letters, then you don't pay us $2 for each letter handling
- You can save up to $100 a month, sending her 10 letters a month for $60 or 20 letters for $100 provided you have paid for our services through our billing company in advance.
- You can make cheaper telephone calls - $15 for 30 mins (but not less than $15 for each call) including interpreter's services.

1.Free Letter Service is for the sending of introductory ( first ) letters only!
We allow to send ONLY first letter and get reply from girl free-of-charge.
If a lady answered you in this case you start paying for our services with your 2-nd letter to

Letters without photo will NOT be sent to the lady.

If you decide to communicate with ladies presented on our site, you can save a lot of time using our letter forwarding service. This service is available for any address in Belarus, Russia, or Ukraine. We deliver and translate letters to any woman that you would like to write to, even if she is from another marriage agency.
So you may use email address of our agency while corresponding with a lady(s), as most of our ladies haven't got home computers. If a lady has 1, 2, 3 level command of English, you need our translation services (for your letters and her answers). Ladies with the language command of 4th or 5th level don't require translation (in this case you pay only for sending and receiving e-mails).

THIS IS HOW OUR SERVICE WORKS (OR INSTRUCTIONS):
- You send a letter to the lady you've chosen by clicking the "free first letter" button on the lady's profile page.
- Free Letter Service is for the sending of introductory( first ) letters only.
We allow to send ONLY first letter and get reply from girl free-of-charge. If a lady answered you it means she is really interested in you and in this case you start paying for our services starting with your 2-nd letter to a lady (for translation of letters if she doesn't speak English, if she speaks, then only for handling letters – to print,sending, receiving and delivering e-mails)
Please observe the following requirements in order to send a FREE Letter:
- Including personal addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers etc. in Free Letters is not permitted. Any Free Letter that is include any form of personal address information will not be sent to the Lady recipient and will be deleted.
- Sender must include serious details about himself, such as name, age, height, what he is looking for in a relationship etc. Letters comprising a brief message such as "I love you. Please write!" will not be sent to the Lady recipient and will be deleted.
- Man MUST include a good photo with Free Letter to be sent. Photos that are poor in quality or are seen to be in bad taste will not be sent.
- Any Free Letter NOT accompanied by a photo will be delited
- The letter should be sent in plain text format ONLY, and should be included in the body of the email, not as a Microsoft Word (or other Word processor) attachment.
- HAVE A LETTER TRANSLATION Standard Letter Translations (including delivery)
- If a lady has 1, 2, 3 level command of English, you need our translation services (for your letters and her answers).
- You send a letter to the lady you've chosen by clicking the "have a letter transleted " button on the lady's profile page.
When we receive your letter we translate it from English into Russian, and then the lady's answer to you
from Russian into English. It costs $ 5 per first page, $3 - for second page, $2 -for third page, 1 for each of
the rest. In other way usually you pay $5 for each letter.
As many ladies don't speak English well and cannot translate letters themselves, so the letters sent to her/them
in Russian generate far more replies, than those sent in English. With this procedure it is possible to send
and receive a letter within 3-4 days.
- You may send the same initial introduction letter to several ladies, and we charge you for one translation only.
- DELIVERY SERVICE! If you chose lady with the language command or 4-th or 5-th level of English you don't need translation services and you Pay ONLY for sending and receiving (handling letters) e-mails. Each letter handling costs $2.

- We also request that you send photographs in JPEG format ONLY. To print them in Black and White costs $2 each, Color prints are $4 each with each email letter that you send. We do ask that you keep the file size below 60kb and do not send us photos in any format other than JPEG. FOR LARGER ATTACHMENTS YOU WILL PAY $10 for each photo.
- So, if you would like to use this service, you have to send some funds to your account (using the form). Every time when we send you a letter we take the cost of it from your account. When the account is low or empty you should send us additional funds to refill it. If the account has insufficient funds, the correspondence will be stopped!!! So, we suggest you always keep a small balance on your account available. We advise to open an account with us, before we can process mail to/from ladies.

If you ever need to make a phone call to a lady who speaks Russian, use the services of our interpreter. We are ready to help you.
WHAT WE NEED:
You should say us your name and e-mail address, the name, ID, phone number or home address of the person you want to call (please warn us for minimum 3 days in advance), the date and time of your call. Sometimes circumstances can interfere, but we do our best.
You pay $20.00 for 30 minutes, but not less than $20 for one call.
60 minutes: $35.00

English Lessons For The Lady

You can save your money if you order some English lessons for your lady with us, as such lessons are far more expensive in Western countries. Your lady can take lessons at any time convenient for her. The lessons will be taught by teachers with university education. If you wish we can give you the phone number of the teacher to talk to her (him) personally in order to take an interest in your lady's success. If you do not like the qualification of the teacher, please tell us about it and we'll find a new better qualified teacher.
By the time of your personal meeting with the girl, she'll be able to communicate with you in English. And you will save your money.
Minimum quantity of lessons you can order is 10, the length of the lesson is 45 minutes. One lesson costs $10.

Have Your Photo Printed
|
You can send your photo(s) to lady and we will print them for you on high quality paper. Your photo should be ONLY in JPEG format and with file size not more than 100Kb. If you send bigger file or files with incorrect format it will cost you additional $10.
Printing is $5,
Printing of your photo and arranging it into a frame - $15.
The total sum will be debited from your account.
